In 1998, Advanced Security Contractors, Inc. assembled a strong management team. We
have three officers with a total of over 45 years of engineering and design experience with
NASA, IEP, Ltd., and Vicon. The strength of our team stems from the combined expertise in
both the technical and management area; this permits the establishment of broad and flexible
goals designed to meet the industries demands or new and innovative approaches for our
customers.

Advanced Security Contractors, Inc. is proud to be a minority, woman-owned business. Virginia Robinson serves as President utilizing twenty years of experience in the security industry. Edna Lopez is Corporate Treasurer and manages human resources for the company.

Our key technological staff is Michael Robinson, General Manager. He has attained a certification
Level III from the National Institute of Certification of Engineering Technologies, and is
certified with the State Fire Marshal’s office for installation/supervision of fire systems. He has
been in the security and fire industry since 1989.

Our Operations Manager, Richard Lopez,
was an electrical engineer with NASA and has over thirty years experience in design and
maintenance of electrical power, fire alarm, intercom, video and control systems.

Our Sales Manager, John Wever, has over ten years experience in the designing and sales of security systems, to include CCTV, access control, and gate systems for commercial and
governmental agencies and was a certified Nuclear Electronics Technician and Nuclear
Reactor Operator for the United States Navy.

In addition, all of our service technicians are certified in the installation of Bosch - Radionics,
Vicon, i3DVR, EST, Hirsch, Lenel equipment and others. All of our fire alarm technicians have
secured a State Fire Alarm license.

Our business plan is to focus our intentions on our number one goal and that is customer
satisfaction. We realize that a satisfied customer is our greatest asset. We will strive to keep
